Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the AirFront AI website, dashboard, and AI receptionist service by HVAC businesses and their authorized users. AirFront AI is a working product name; the legal operator and contact details must be added before commercial launch. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
Accounts and permitted use
You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and use the service only for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the business settings, policies, and information you provide. Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or submit content that you lack permission to use.
Your customers and communications
You are responsible for your relationship with callers and leads, including required notices, consent for calls, recordings, texts, or emails, and compliance with applicable communications and privacy laws. Review appointments, emergency escalations, and follow-ups in your dashboard. You remain responsible for the HVAC services you offer and perform.
AI and emergencies
AI responses and classifications can be incomplete or mistaken. The service does not provide professional HVAC diagnosis or emergency response. Its safety flow directs callers reporting gas, smoke, carbon monoxide, or fire hazards to leave the area and call emergency services or the gas utility. You must maintain your own emergency procedures and on-call coverage. Do not rely on the service as the sole means of receiving or handling urgent requests.
Availability and third-party services
Features may depend on third-party infrastructure or credentials. Live calling, outbound text delivery, calendar sync, and billing are not currently enabled as general product features. We may update or interrupt the service for maintenance, security, or operational reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted availability.
Data and privacy
You retain responsibility for the information you submit. You permit us to process it to operate and improve the service as described in our Privacy Policy. Do not upload information you are not authorized to share.
Fees and termination
Any paid plan, price, trial period, or cancellation terms must be presented separately before charges begin. Billing is not currently active. You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict or suspend access for security threats, unlawful use, or material violations of these terms. Account deletion and data export processes are not yet self-service features.
Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without a guarantee that every call, lead, appointment, or follow-up will be captured or handled correctly. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited. The legal operator should finalize governing law, liability limits, and dispute terms before commercial launch.
